While like almost every service category in the Berkshires they suffer from too much work and not enough qualified providers so they can be difficult at times to schedule, they are worth the wait. They have done several small projects for me, and every time the personnel on site have been extremely competent and professional and work very hard at getting the project done quickly and expertly. And when usually I'm afraid to see the final bill for many projects I have done, every time I've used them I have been very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable and fair every bill I've gotten from them has been.
